The first 60 days of your partnership with skött-it is all about setting the right tone and expectations for a long term relationship. We feel it is important to train and teach your employees the how, why, and when to reach out to us. We will train on the use of our customer support software and we will have a lunch hour meet-and-greet for questions about how, why, and when. We also offer this meeting in small groups virtually. This initial meeting gives us the opportunity to meet each employee and find out more information on who may need some additional support and it also provides the employee a chance to ask any questions and develop a relationship with their new IT team.
When you decide to roll out a new business solution, we will be there to help assist every employee with guidance to better foster a comfortability and successful transition. When your team understands how we work, and we understand how you work, it creates a more cohesive work environment and proficiency for all involved.
